Sara works as an experienced and respected nurse in one of the busiest hospitals in Tehran where she quietly takes away the lives of those patients of hers who have lost all their hope in recovery. A married young woman, Sara enjoys her peculiar agenda and refuses to discuss the matter with neither the families of the deceased nor her own curious husband.
All seems to go well for Sara at work and at home until she is asked to take care of a private patient in his villa by the sea; a brain-dead old man whose whole family awaits his eventual departure by his deathbed.
As Sara prepares herself for yet another quiet euthanasia, she receives a strange message from her patient that fills her with doubt.
